1. The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation will enter stub on the inside of this chance drawing ticket to a drawing limited to 600 tickets.  Drawing will commence at approximately 9:00 pm on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 2800 SE Maricamp Rd. Ocala, FL 34471
2. Ticket holder need not be present to win.  The winner will be notified by telephone or certified mail to the telephone number/ address given on the stub.
3. Official drawing and ticket monitored by CPA firm Purvis Gray & Co.
4. If said prize is not claimed by noon on Thursday, July 1, 2010, a non-event drawing will be held by The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation President, monitored by CPA firm Purvis Gray & Co.
5. In the event of any challenge or dispute of any nature whatsoever, the winner to be awarded said prize will be selected by The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation President or his/her designee, whose decision will be final and not subject to review.
6. Must be 21 or over to purchase a ticket.
7. Drawing will be held rain or shine.
8. Said prize will be acquired by the Heart of Florida Hope Foundation from proceeds of this drawing and other donations made to the Heart of Florida Hope Foundation.
9. The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation Board of Directors, ARC Marion Board of Directors, sponsors, employees and family members of each are eligible to win said prize.
10. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and dealer preparations.
